☁️ Cloud Version Early Access Setup

Edgebox is available for early testing via cloud service with 1-click signup. This is the simplest way to get started with Edgebox and requires no technical knowledge.

Cloud Version is in limited access period

We are currently attributing priority slots to Cloud Supporter contributors. If you're a contributor, you'll have guaranteed access to a private instance and 1:1 support from the core team. Check our Collective page for more information and to start contributing.

✍️ Creating an account

To create an account, go to the cloud dashboard account creation page. You will be asked to enter your email address and a password. Once you have entered your information, click on the "Apply for Early Access" button.

📧 Confirming your email address

Once you have created your account, you will receive an email with a confirmation link. Click on the link to confirm your email address.

Sometimes e-mail providers can mark our e-mails as spam

Generally it only takes up to 10m to receive the confirmation e-mail. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll help you out.

📦 Getting an instance of Edgebox

Once you have confirmed your email address, you can access the cloud dashboard to know the status of your instance(s).

It takes some time to get your instance online

It can take some time for your instance to be ready, as currently the team manually approves and assigns instances to early access users. Once an instance is assigned to you, you can check the status of it in the cloud dashboard.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your instance is ready. You can then access access your instance using the details provided in the e-mail.

Need another instance?

One Cloud Dashboard account can have one or more Edgebox instances assigned to it. If you need another instance, please contact us at [email protected], or fill in the feedback message box in the cloud dashboard. We'll get in conctact with you to discuss your needs.
